01 The brief We measure every room and listen to how you live in it. Budget and timeline are set here, in the open.
02 Concept & design Plans, materials, lighting and furniture designed as one scheme — approved on drawings and real samples before anything is ordered.
03 Site management We run the trades and visit the site through the dusty weeks. You get one weekly report and one person to call.
04 Handover The snag list is closed, the house is cleaned, the art is hung. You move into a finished home.
