The brief
We measure every room, listen to how you actually live in it, and write the brief together. Budget and timeline are set here, in the open — nothing is estimated later.
Concept & design
Plans, materials, lighting and furniture are designed as one scheme. You approve drawings and samples — real ones, in the real light of your rooms — before anything is ordered.
Site management
We run the trades, order everything, and visit the site through the dusty weeks. You get one weekly report and one person to call. The questions stop at our door.
Handover
The snag list is closed, the house is cleaned, the art is hung. You move into a finished home — and we come back after a season to see how it lives.
